Improved security of X’s Android application
The highly used social media App X, which used to be Twitter, today released the move to introduce the passkey for use in its Android App. This security option was first launched to iOS users in the United States only in January, and later in April on the international level.

Passkey is a new way of enhancing the account authentication system which was promulgated by the technology firms and online service providing firms in the previous year. Thus, to create an account for them on the product X, they will still require to enter the password. This option is found under the Security tab where it is known as ‘Additional Password Protection’.
