Today Amazon, Google, Microsoft and OpenAI are the first organizations that have signed this pact. This is a non-legally binding, voluntary understanding and it will dissolve as soon as there are laws to govern AI approved by the Congress.

Also, in the framework of the presentation of the new organism, Apple presented a package of AI tools called “Apple Intelligence”. These tools will be implemented in different central devices of the company and will most likely be implemented within the next few months. President Biden’s position
