COBY intends to present 5 tablets with ICS at CES 2012
During the Berlin IFA, the AndroidPIT team had already noticed the importance of COBY Lowcost tablets to the market. Recently, the company announced that it intends to present 5 new tablets running the Ice Cream Sandwich. The date for such an event will be the 2012 CES in Barcelona.
COBY’s 5 new tablets will have different screen sizes: 7″ MID7042, 8″ MID8042 (4:3), 9″ MID9042, 9.7″ MID9742 (4:3) and 10″ MID1042, all of which will be multi-touch. Different screens, but as the same processor: ARM Cortex A8 1GHz. In addition, they will have 1 GB of RAM, extensible memory up to 32 GB, WiFI and HDMI output 1080p. Patience: CES 2012 is coming.
